White Oak Leisure Centre chooses Variopool products

Our fellow mechanics recently had the opportunity to deliver another great project. This time they were in Swanley, England, at the White Oak Leisure Centre. The entire project of this sports complex is a major investment in the heart of the city: the £20 million project is the largest in over 30 years. The modern, energy-efficient, bright and open center will replace the current White Oak center, which has served generations of Swanley residents well for many years.

The current center, which was built in the 1960s and expanded in the 1970s, has reached the end of its useful life. The brand-new sports complex is now complete and will have access to a 25-meter pool with six lanes and a movable floor from Variopool. The floor has a size of 13 x 25 meters with an integrated staircase, a target group pool, a “feel good suite” for people who need assistance with sports, café with seating area, an indoor obstacle course on game base, play area, multipurpose sports area, fitness room with more than 100 stations, locker rooms and a large car park for more than 140 vehicles.
