Smart pool solution for renovated facility in Austria

In the Austrian town of Bregenz, on the shores of Lake Constance, the newly renovated Hallenbad has recently reopened. For this modern swimming complex, Variopool supplied a 12 x 8 meter movable pool floor, complete with integrated stairs.

Technology and design in perfect balance

The movable floor is part of a larger renovation project where advanced technology and architectural design go hand in hand. Controlled via a central Modbus system and Variopool’s own software, the height-adjustable floor offers maximum flexibility for various activities, such as swimming lessons, therapy, and recreational use.

The building, designed by HK Architekten, features large glass walls, a timber roof structure, and panoramic views of the lake.
