Orléans swimming pool chooses movable floor with flap

In Orleans, France, our mechanics went to work in the indoor pool and installed a movable floor on a sloping base. The movable floor is 25 x 7.5 metres with a 25-metre flap. In the outdoor pool, a hinged bulkhead was installed measuring 21 x 0.35 x 2.3 metres. The advantage of the hinged bulkhead is that it lies flat on the bottom of the pool when not in use.

Due to various constructional imperfections (walls that are far too thick), the team experienced considerable delays, but in the end the job was successfully completed.
