RQM-event big success for Varioplay

In addition to supplying complete pool equipment, our colleagues at Varioplay also provide support during major swimming competitions. This was the case during the Rotterdam Qualification Meet held at Zwemcentrum Rotterdam from December 1 to 4. Numerous top swimmers from home and abroad will hunt in the Rie Mastenbroek basin for limits for the World Long Course Championships in Fukuoka, Japan (July 14-30, 2023) and the World Para Swimming Championships in Manchester, England (July 31-August 6, 2023).

Sport in the box and Swiss Timing

During this RQM event, our colleagues used Swiss Timing timekeeping and Sport in the box. Sport In The Box is a powerful production and playout system for sports that allows users to create engaging live content and output it to video boards, in-house TV systems and streaming. It can play stored images and videos, live video inputs, replays and graphics, both full screen scoreboards and overlays for TV. Varioplay has previously assisted at a major event with this system such as the Invictus Games in 2022. So they know what they are talking about.
